Counter-Notification Process
If you believe content you posted was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. This allows you to challenge the removal of your material.
Your counter-notification must be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled. Also, specify the location where the material appeared before its removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where uniqueriyadh.com may be found). You must also agree to accept service of process from the person who filed the original infringement notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will send a copy to the original complaining party. We will then typically restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Uniqueriyadh.com maintains a strict policy against repeat infringers. Users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others will have their access to our website and services terminated. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a “repeat infringer” and to take appropriate action.
